"The salon itself is beautiful and very aesthetic, and the staff was friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the actual nail service. The application was sloppy, especially around the cuticles, and the polish looks uneven. Several nails feel noticeably bumpy instead of smooth, which you can both see and feel. Overall, the finish doesn’t look clean or professional, and I expected much better quality for the price. Sadly, despite the nice atmosphere, I won’t be returning."
